For sale is an Ambient servery counter. It has attractive wood paneling and plenty of rear storage space. As can been seen in the photos the protective coating for stainless steel, at the rear, has not been removed so it will be in pristine condition. The unit is fitted on castors for ease of movement and has overhead illumination.
Specification:
Stored in the unit are specially designed gastronorm containers. These can keep foods below 5°C degrees for up to 8 hours, when they are frozen for eight hours at -18°C. Typically this would been done overnight for use the next day. As seen in the pictures there is one 1/1 gastronorm and four 1/2 gastronorm, they are all 150mm deep.
